The dress code has traditionally been Black Tie and National Dress, but we encourage you to Dress to Impress – Yourself. As we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint, we encourage you to reuse something you already have or recycle clothing into a new outfit, or shop at a charity shop.

6.00 pm               Guests arrive for drinks reception

6.30 pm               Guests are seated

7.00 pm               Dinner is served

9.30 pm               Awards Ceremony starts

11.00 pm             Award Ceremony will have finished   

Please note, the phone reception and Wifi isn’t great so if you are getting a taxi you might want to pre order it or use the phone which is on a landline at the bottom of the stairs by the main door.             

On arrival, please help yourself to a welcome drink of either Prosecco, beer, or non-alcoholic Elderflower fizz and you can also order drinks at the bar which accepts cash and card.

There is a cloakroom in the Spinning Room to the left of the bar. There is also a wall with all of our sponsors logos on and you are invited to have your photo taken here. These photos will go in the photo gallery which will be on our website in less than a week after the event.

Photography and filming will be taking place for promotion and prosperity. Please speak to Rachel Oates or Steve Duncan if you do not give permission for your image to be used.

We have two lovely photographers called Lincoln and Perrin who will be taking photos. If you want to have your photo taken against the sponsors logo wall in the Spinning Room, please ask them and these photos along with the others from the evening will be uploaded onto a photo gallery on our website and you will be sent the link. Why not have your photo taken after your main course? We also have a film company called Big Sky Creative who will be creating a short highlights video of the evening.

If you are a finalist or Highly Commended, please make sure that you collect your framed certificate after the Awards ceremony.
