All membership fees go towards grant making. You can either choose for 100% of your membership fee to go towards one priority, or you can split the fee evenly across all five themes. Please tick which grant making priority you would like your membership to go towards: *

• Voluntary Organisation – £10 per year
• Friend of the Foundation – £120 per year or £10 per month
• Foundation Club Member – £600 per year or £50 per month
