Grants Available from the Calderdale Thriving Communities Fund

Calderdale’s Thriving Communities Partnership has created a fund to support the delivery of creative wellbeing activity for people living in parts of Calderdale. Creative Minds are administering the fund on behalf of the Thriving Communities Partnership.

Please note: As this funding is delivered in partnership the application process differs to the regular Creative Minds funding process.

This fund will deliver financial support to deliver projects that use creative activity to support and improve the wellbeing of people living in North and Central Halifax.

Please read this guidance before completing this application form . The closing date has been extended to 12.00 pm on 24^th March 2023.
