Setting up an Endowment Fund through the Community Foundation for Calderdale allows us to have control over how our funds are used, and also gives us the comfort that the capital is well managed.

The regular match funding schemes which the Foundation is able to access are also an attractive feature, as it makes our contribution grow much more quickly. Through the Foundation we are also able to be in touch with the charities we support, which brings the whole thing to life.”
