An investment in local communities

The Calderdale Pledge is a simple, effective and long lasting way of helping Calderdale's local communities and groups. Join a growing number of people and sign up to the Calderdale Pledge today.

The Calderdale Pledge is a one-off donation or monthly payments of whatever you can afford. By pledging, you will be contributing to the Foundation’s invested funds which support 100s of voluntary, community and charitable groups every year.

The Foundation has distributed over £12 million to local groups in the last 10 years and needs your help in continuing to do this, in return you will receive

  • An invitation to a drinks reception to meet the Lord Lieutenant of West Yorkshire.
  • Twice yearly briefings about the Foundation’s work.
  • Regular case studies describing successful projects, along with opportunities to visit them.
  • Recognition in the Foundation’s published list of Pledge supporters.
  • Invitations to key events, meeting other Foundation supporters, hearing from groups benefiting from Foundation support, or hearing a topical speaker.
  • The Calderdale Pledge Certificate
  • Certification of Life-Time Membership*
